The filling system is developed to bypass high-temperature outings while filling high-pressure gas cylinders. It is combined with cylinder filling pump, transfer pump, manifold and filling system for constant operations. Our Gas Filling system originates with an integrated pump controller and digital weight scale and is developed to carefully transfer liquid CO2 from the Carbon Dioxide storage tanks to correctly fill multiple capacities of cylinders. One of the notable developments in this system is that it doesn’t need lubricating oils for conclusions as it is done by liquid CO2 only. Fast combine filling heads to guarantee accelerated gas filling and supplied with fully automatic control box transported to avoid any loss of gas or liquid.
How It Works
- Transfer: Liquid CO2 is drawn from the low-pressure storage tank via a transfer pump or gravity feed.
- Pressurization: The high-pressure reciprocating pump elevates the liquid CO2 pressure to the level required for cylinder charging.
- Weight-Based Control: The cylinders are placed on electronic weighing scales. The system is programmed to shut off automatically once the target weight is reached, preventing overfilling.
- Cooling & Stabilization: The system is designed to manage thermal expansion, ensuring that the CO2 remains in a stable liquid/gas state during the rapid filling cycle.
